Prerequisite

Treatment with Ligamys must be carried out within 21 days after the cruciate ligament rupture. Ligamys treatment may be indicated if:

Objective instability exists: ≥ 3 mm AP translation compared to the contralateral side
The rupture of the anterior cruciate ligament is fresh, i.e. not older than 21 days on the day of surgery
The patient has a Tegner Score of ≥ 4
